Equipped with a range of presses that goes from 25 to 500 tons, the Production Department is composed of a metal stamping area laid out with 6 automatic double pillar presses and 7 arch presses. Here we produce approximately 50 million metal parts per year in a Total Quality environment.

The Production Department also includes the welding area where the stamped parts are joined into assemblies, prepared for external treatment and packed according to clients’ packaging specifications.

Every phase in the production process is controlled by the machine operator, that checks results following the Control Cycle as determined by the Quality Assurance Manager. The goal of 0 defects starts from the involvement of every operator, who is directly responsible for quality through self-control procedures.
